executed all the phases of building. From foundations to
roofing and every thing between.
We also communicate well with the dependable sub
contractors.
Our knowledge is enough that if there is a problem on
the job, the foreman for the that subcontractor can ask us for
a solution without calling their boss, who will look into a
solution as soon as possible. We will find the answer in a
minimum amount of time. This keeps them on the job. And
the work progressing. Remember they are looking for
reasons to be able to go one of their other projects.
The owners of the companies very seldom are on the job.
They send out their foremen. If their knowledge is a little
limited we can fill that void. Our objective is to deliver you a
well built project with-in a reasonable amount of time.

allot 2 years to build. Time is money and we hope to save
